Setting up your provider portal

  • Click here to register.
  • Follow all instructions and set up multi-factor authentication
  • Once setup is complete, you can use this link to log in.

Notes

  • You will use this site to check eligibility of clients and to submit any claims you need to send to Fee For Service.
  • You may need to click on ePassport after logging in for the first time to set up access to your NPI before you can submit a claim.
  • There are videos available inside Emomed to help you with the setup.
